Franchisee Testimonials

Dear Ian and Vivienne,

Thank you for another outstanding convention. The speakers and sessions were fabulous. We appreciate all the hard work and effort that went into planning and executing the event.

Once again, we are recharged, refreshed, revved up and ready to take our business to the next level.

Thank you also for the powerful leadership you have provided us. We look forward to the next stage in our business as we follow you up the mountain.

Warm regards,

Al & Molly Osgood - Walnut Creek, CA

Thanks to all!

I would like to express my thanks to all that I got to spend time with at the convention. I really appreciate APM franchisees that are so willing to share their experiences and ideas. . .I will let you know how well they work! I am very excited.

Further, I am in awe of the speakers, games and team building activities (my cardboard hat is off to Vivienne!) I read the book, How to Steal From Banks, on my return flight and highly recommend it! The quality of the convention is a clear reflection of the commitment and leadership of APM corporate. Thanks to Ian for continuing to invest in the franchisees. Brad, I am a visual learner so am having a hard time FORGETTING your circus story.

The CFF (chief fun fairy) of APM Triangle has ordered her wand from Amanda and plans to have monthly mandatory fun/staff meeting/outings here in NC. It is critical not to shelve the enthusiasm and ideas.

My groomer was looking a little nervous as I waved my index finger at her at the stop light (with windows rolled down and the face drawn on).

Again, thanks for the renewal and spark of the last few days. Best of luck to all for the upcoming year.

Mary Anne Hubbard - APM Triangle

Thanks --- Great Job!

Thanks for all the effort that went into yesterday's Dispatcher Workshop. As is becoming a tradition with Aussie events, it was extremely well organized, and presented with great spirit. As a franchisee it's gratifying to see a franchisor working so hard to meet needs that emerge as we all grow together. I want you to know that people notice and appreciate your efforts. Great job on the Dispatcher workshop!

Best Regards,

Ian,

I just wanted to take a moment to wish you and Vivienne a great vacation. With your work ethic, I've a feeling it's been a long time since you've taken any time away from Aussie Pet Mobile so I'm certain it's very well deserved for both of you.

I also wanted to send you my thanks for accepting me as part of the Aussie family of franchisees. There are very few times when something turns out every bit as great as promised and this has proven to be one of those rare occasions. I am really enjoying this and I'm confident that with time and effort, this business will support myself and my family for many years to come. Again thank you for the faith you showed in me and for all of your excellent training.

Warmest regards,

Hi Folks,

Attached you will find a photo from our 1st Annual Pacific NW Aussie BBQ. We had it on 8/6 on a beautiful Seattle day and all of the local franchisees, groomers, and dispatchers and their families participated. As you begin to back fill major markets with new franchisees, here is a great example of how you've created a homogeneous team who can not only work well together but can form a great relationship. We may be 1,500 miles from Dana Point, but the Aussie spirit you've instilled in us is creating an AUSSIE oasis in the heart of Seattle.

Thanks again for choosing such a great team of franchisees and feel free to use this photo as you see fit.

Regards,

Leon Feuerberg, Kirkland, WA

I just want to tell you one more time that this experience with your group is amazing. I went through training with another franchise establishment and was really just a number to them. Your folks really jump in and try to alleviate all my fears of apprehension. Machelle called me like ten minutes after I emailed her today and went through quite a bit of stuff with me. They know the job and they know what is expected of them. I remember the other company just wanting their money. NO personal spin. I think you should also maybe do some kind of testimonial for your founder's days and/or training classes. I think your prospective franchisees need to know that they will be helped from start to finish. It really has been thought out and best practices implemented. I told the girls I was at their mercy and did not want a ton of money spent on lodging, etc. and it's like it was their money and budget.

I appreciate all you do.
